happy to get a saman??

i was having breakfast with my bf at Section 17 ... parked my car in the yellow box but didn't pay for the ticket (seldom do so, yet never receive a saman) ... however, just now, saw a saman on my car ... .... start cursing at first ... then, start laughing ... WHY???? well ... seems that the person who issued it has some problem with his eye sights ... he sees my V as a J ... HAHHAHAHAH .... then ... read at the back of the saman ... stated there that if you parked your car without displaying any ticket, fined RM100 ... but, with a ticket (even if its date has expired), fined rm30 ONLY!!! so ... conclusion ... ALWAYS, display the old ticket in ur car ... just leave it there (in case u forgotten to pay a new car park ticket)

i guess i don't need to pay for this compound :))
