my sis car (which is only less than 8 months old), ATOZ (my mom pronounced it as "a" to "z" hehehe) was hit at the back by a KL Rapid bus 2 weeks ago. According to she, the bus was driving behind her and the distance was quite near between both of the car, and when she stopped, the bus couldn't stop that soon and thus knocked her car. On the other hand, bus driver said that my sis sudden stopped which caused him to sudden brake.
Anyhow, cannot claim their insurance..must claim her insurance..so hilang the ncp..have to pay full car insurance, no % ... sigh ... she damn tulan liow
why can not claim their insurance?
ReplyDeleteno matter how as long as the buss kiised from behind is his fault!!! and he is the one who follow her car that near!!!
every vehicle on the road should have 3rd party insurance covered else can not get the road tax!!!
